Motability Operations

Motability Operations is the largest vehicle leasing company in the UK with an annual turnover of £2.5 billion and assets worth £4.2 billion. We run the Motability Car scheme, employing 750 people across our Bristol and London offices.

As the biggest supplier of used cars to the trade, we play an important role in the UK car industry. The number of cars we purchase each year accounts for no less than six per cent of all the new cars sold in the UK.

Since we started in 1978, we’ve supplied over two million cars to our ever expanding customer base.

We aim to provide our customers with “worry free motoring” and are passionately committed to providing an excellent service. Who we want

We are looking for commercially minded graduates, with the resilience and determination to succeed. Successful graduates will have a natural flair for building relationships with people at all levels within the organisation. They will be flexible in their approach, hard working, and committed to a career that may take them to either of our Bristol or London locations.

Our graduate programme

Our 18 month Graduate Programme includes a comprehensive induction followed by three or four work placements in both our Bristol and London offices. Doing real work, with real accountability you will be provided with considerable breadth of experience across our business.
