Right place. Right time.

RBS is undergoing one of the biggest transformations ever seen. We’re building a new bank. One that will be safer, stronger and profitable for years to come. The changes we’re making are unprecedented, but so too are the opportunities. Now more than ever, our future will be shaped by new talent.

That’s why we’re hiring more graduates than ever before. Over the next 12 months, we’ll be recruiting a record number of graduates and interns, from a variety of disciplines, into more than 30 different programmes. It’s an exciting time to join us.

Our programmes encompass everything from Risk and Technology to Private Banking and Corporate Finance. We also offer a number of intern programmes, which are a great way to gain an insight into the world of banking. As well as providing valuable work experience, an intern programme could also help you secure a place on our graduate programme in the future.

Support for graduates will be provided via a network of buddies and mentors as well as through a first-class development programme. There will also be the opportunity to study for professional qualifications.

To apply, please visit our website and complete a short application form. The next stage of the selection process varies depending on which programme you’ve applied for, but follows a broadly similar format of psychometric tests, structured competency and technical interviews with RBS’s business representatives, and assessment centres.

It’s a defining moment for us. It could be for you too. Find out more, visit our website.

The place is here. The time is now.
