Our requirements
Our minimum academic requirements are a grade B in GCSE mathematics and English language, 24/300 UCAS points excluding general studies, and a strong second class degree. In addition to this, we are keen to attract graduates who have the aptitude and commitment to meet the objectives and demands of the firm. We recruit graduates who have thoroughly researched and who are 100 per cent committed to pursuing their chosen career. Some key competencies that we look for are proven communication, problem-solving and teamworking skills, as well as commercial awareness.

Training and development
The continuing success of our business is dependent upon the ongoing development and training of our employees, and we have been awarded the Investors in People standard.

We offer a number of entry routes to start your professional training: Assurance and Business Services and Forensic graduates follow Chartered Accountancy, whilst Private Client Tax Services graduates work towards the ATT and CTA qualification; Corporate Tax graduates can follow this route or the Chartered Accountancy qualification; Investment Management graduates will study towards the Investment Management Certificate and the Securities Institute Diploma and Accounts and Business Services graduates follow Certified Accountancy. Whichever qualification you pursue, we will provide the training infrastructure necessary for you to attain the highest standards demanded by the professional bodies.
