ICAEW calls for student brand managers on campus

If you’re a student at Reading, Bournemouth, Oxford, Surrey or Aston University and you’re interested in an accountancy career, here’s a great chance to boost your employability skills and improve your CV. The ICAEW (The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) is looking for students to help it promote accountancy careers and the ACA qualification on campus.

On a part-time, flexible basis, the paid role involves tasks such as assisting marketing executives at careers fairs, networking, presentations and skills sessions, carrying out research and promoting ICAEW events.

What the ICAEW is looking for

The ideal candidate, says the ICAEW, would be a creative-thinking student interested in studying for the ACA qualification in the future, who is currently

  • studying for an accounting, finance or business related degree
  • a member of a university society (beneficial, but not essential)
  • a pro-active self-starter with high levels of energy and enthusiasm.

Applicants are asked to submit a CV and 50 words on why they would make a good student brand manager.
