At 29 Bedford Row, we offer specialist knowledge at every level of seniority and in every aspect of family law. Work is largely based in London and the South East, but is expanding nationwide.
We boast a strong team of top-flight ancillary relief practitioners, dealing with domestic and international cases. We have expertise in all aspects of the law relating to children, including child abduction and adoption. In public law cases we act for parents, local authorities and guardians.
We also specialise in work arising out of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 and in TLATA and other cohabitants’ disputes. We are frequently instructed at all levels in Inheritance Act work and family law related professional negligence.
Many members of chambers sit in a part-time judicial capacity as deputy district judges, deputy High Court Judges and Recorders. Several members write articles and lecture on a variety of topics and also chair and participate in conferences and seminars.
