3 Hare Court
3 Hare Court is a leading common law set with particular expertise in personal injury (especially in cases with an international element); commercial law; insolvency; and constitutional law, with a number of Silks specialising in one or more of these areas. In addition, several members of Chambers are appointed to government panels. Public law, administrative and employment work undertaken includes civil liberties and human rights cases. Chambers is also a leading Privy Council set with a number of links to the Caribbean.
Individual members of Chambers are recognised and ranked by the leading directories in each of the following areas: administrative and public law; aviation; civil liberties and human rights; commercial litigation; construction; employment; civil fraud; immigration; insolvency (including restructuring); personal injury; professional negligence; property litigation; sports law; and, travel litigation.
Chambers aims to provide the highest quality pupillage training in a friendly and supporting environment. This includes provision of an advocacy training programme specifically designed to prepare pupils for the type of cases that they are likely to be dealing with in their formative years. During pupillage itself, pupils will be mentored by up to six different pupil supervisors (in two months blocks). This allows prospective tenants to experience a wide range of work in each of our core practice areas.
