Pupillage

Application details

Chambers is not a member of the Pupillage Gateway. Please see our website for application details.

Applications for mini-pupillages are strongly encouraged. We believe they allow prospective applicants to get a real understanding of the work done in chambers. Mini-pupils also have the opportunity to meet members of chambers and get a feel for the working environment here. Mini-pupillages generally last for two days and, save in exceptional circumstances, take place in specific weeks in April, July, November and
December of each year. They are not formally assessed.

If applicants have any particular requirements or interests, they should make this clear on the application form. Where possible, we will make the necessary arrangements.

How to apply for mini-pupillage

Applications can be made via our online application form. Please see our website for details.

Chambers observes a policy of equal opportunity. All mini-pupils, pupils, tenants and staff are selected on merit alone, irrespective of race, gender, age, sexuality, religious or political belief, disability, marital status or background.

Chambers will make reasonable adjustments for disabled candidates.

If an adjustment is required, please contact Ella Igbiaye, 4 New Square, Lincoln’s Inn, London, WC2A 3RJ.
