Our firm strategy to 2019 is built around our focus on our business, our clients and our people. Within our people focus, diversity is a key measure of success and we have set ourselves challenging targets to achieve. Our vision is that we want to be a high performance culture which is inclusive, supportive and where we expect the best of each other. Our diversity programme is led by our Senior Partner, Monica Burch. Monica is supported by a dedicated Diversity Manager and a wide group of partners, fee earners, managers and business services staff from across the firm. We have organised our approach around three key strands of diversity (gender, social mobility and ethnicity) which helps to give focus to our efforts. However, we are not limited to taking action within these areas. In particular, we have recently launched a LGBT network and run a wellbeing campaign designed to raise awareness around mental health. To support our diversity programme, we are active members of Working Families, Opportunity Now, Race for Opportunity and Stonewall. We are also a founding signatory to The Law Society's Diversity and Inclusion Charter and a member of PRIME, the cross-law firm social mobility scheme.
