CEO Assistant

This is a new position and the person will be working directly with the company’s head and management team out of the HQ in Singapore’s Chinatown district. There might be the need for business travel to our regional offices.

Main activities

  1. Assistance to CEO on business aspects of daily business (Presentations, Meetings, Task Coordination)
  2. Preparation & follow-up of meetings
  3. Content & layout of presentations for internal & external meetings & conferences
  4. Demand and consolidation of material for European and global meetings
  5. Iput/ Coordination of strategic & ongoing projects - Regional annual priorities and initiatives
  6. Support in Annual Budgeting Process, Customer events
  7. Collaboration with other Business Units
  8. Market & Competitor intelligence
  9. Internal & External Communication
  10. Writing speeches, interviews and articles mainly for the CEO
