E-Commerce Graduate Program
We’re looking for ambitious and enthusiastic graduates to join us at the heart of our core consumer business. As part of the E-Commerce Graduate Program you’ll work in either the Retail team as an Associate Vendor Manager or a Brand Specialist or within the Seller Services team as an Associate Partner Manager in our UK Headquarters in central London.
Amazon Retail teams work to help improve the selection and shopping experience for customers across our product categories, from Books to Fashion, Electronics to Grocery, Movies and Music to Toys and Health & Beauty, and everything in between. You’ll work in one of those categories, learning how Amazon manages and grows its e-commerce retail business, and developing the analytical and problem-solving skills that our people are known for.
As Brand Specialist, you'll work with selected vendors to drive growth and help deliver a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon.co.uk, while facilitating great business relationships with some of Amazon's top brands. You’ll be responsible for looking after a brand’s product portfolio, contributing to improvements in the user experience for customers and creating detailed monthly reports on performance. You’ll lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors and act as the main point of contact for them.
As an Associate Vendor Manager your responsibilities will include coordinating launch plans for new vendors and products, analyzing sales and key metrics to identify business opportunities and providing recommendations to improve sales and margin. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry and competitive trends, supporting promotional activity of the category and driving process improvements to enable scalable growth.
As an Associate Partner Manager you will have responsibility for the growth of Amazon’s third party sellers. Amazon’s Seller Services business includes all third party sellers activity through the variety of services we offer: Selling on Amazon, Fulfilment by Amazon, Sponsored Products and Amazon Global Selling. You will call and qualify prospective sellers that can bring their competitive range of products, pricing and product availability to the Amazon marketplace, strive to predict the seller’s needs before they recognise they may have a problem and provide solutions to help our partners better serve their customers.
In addition, we want you to implement improvement projects and be involved in the launch of new programs based on feedback from the merchants you engage with. These projects will require you to work with different teams across Amazon, including working with category teams, product teams, and technical support teams both in the UK and internationally.
As a new graduate you will go through induction training before joining your team. You will drive your own learning and development with guidance and coaching from your manager, buddy and colleagues around you.
