Graduate Software Developer

Aperta is a multinational software development company based in Cumbernauld specialising in payment processing solutions. As a new Graduate Software Developer you will receive training in C, C++, .Net and you will have a development plan tailored to meet your specific needs and objectives. At the heart of your training will be a high level of support and assistance from your assigned mentor. The company has a strong focus on personal career development encouraging individuals to pursue a long-term career across all elements of the business.

Graduate Software Developers will be expected to obtain/have a 2:1 or above in computer science and have excellent people and communication skills. If your CV does not include details of your A Level and GCSE exams, or equivalents, please supply a separate Word document listing subjects studied and grades achieved.

You will be working for a company with a friendly and relaxed environment that will develop and encourage your talents. You will be involved with the full life cycle of product development, from specification of new products and features, design/development, liaising with test and support functions to ensure product quality and liaising with delivery and sales of the final product.

Aperta has around 400 clients in most parts of the world and the job offers an excellent opportunity for foreign travel to work directly with customers to develop and deliver solutions. Only those with the permanent and unrestricted right to live and work in the UK will be considered.
