Association for Project Management
The Association for Project Management (APM) is the chartered body for the project profession. Our members work in every sector imaginable, from charities and the public sector through to life science, law, consultancy and financial services.
We are committed to developing and promoting the project profession among companies and those considering their next career step. We do this through APM professional qualifications, a range of membership levels and CPD activity.
In 2017, APM was awarded a Royal Charter and, in 2018, APM launched its Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) designation to give experienced project professionals the opportunity to show their value at the highest level.
Right now, you can benefit from our new FREE Student membership of APM. This gives you access to networks and knowledge that can give you the edge in finding your first role.
APM has a branch network which is free for Student members to join, as well as a range of Specific Interest Groups (SIGs) that specialise in different aspects of the project profession. Our Women in Project Management (WiPM) SIG this year celebrated its 25th anniversary with a sold-out conference and a keynote from Dr Sue Black.
