Industrial Placement - CRM Marketing Assistant (Evans)

About the role

The CRM assistant plays an important role in supporting the CRM team through email marketing and CRM development. This role assists the senior CRM coordinator in developing, creating and executing the email strategy. From the content of the email working with trade and product teams, as well as the definition of the audience targeted right through to the creative of the email working with the design team. The final part of this critical piece of the role is to the schedule and final analysis of the email performance. This role has broad reach across the whole multi-channel marketing team, and will give you great exposure to CRM strategies from triggered cycles to welcome or reactivate customers, tactical trade email, and engaging brand communication to loyalty card programme.

What you'll be doing day to day

The CRM Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the CRM and Marketing team through email marketing and CRM development. In particular:

  • Coordinate day to day delivery of the UK/International emails including briefing, amends/sign off and production testing
  • Support occasional one-time email campaigns based on strategic initiatives
  • Support store closure/openings marketing campaign
  • Update weekly email performance reporting
  • Regularly identify and share campaign insights and apply email campaign optimization strategies agreed with the senior CRM coordinator
  • Copy Writing
  • Create and maintain a competition review
  • Support data capture from store
  • Create, maintain and report on ad-hoc surveys on external platform
