We are presently working on some of the UK’s largest public realm, urban regeneration, development and infrastructure projects. Our multi-disciplinary team includes Landscape Architecture, Town Planning, Environmental Impact Assessment, Strategic Environmental Assessment, Ecology, Air Quality, Cultural Heritage, Acoustics, Hydrology, Transport Planning, Sustainability and Geosciences. Our UK Landscape Architecture team is part of a wider global design team which incorporates architects and masteprlanners, Callison RTKL. We pride ourselves on the diversity of our portfolio which includes the full spectrum of Landscape Architecture, incorporating all aspects of design (concept to implementation) and assessment (often within an EIA context).
Graduate Development Programme
We have a two year development programme for our Graduates, during which time many work towards various accreditation routes which you will be fully supported with, including the Landscape Institute’s Pathway to Chartership. Our Graduate programmes have helped over 300 people through their accreditation exams since 2011.

- Assisting with the preparation of drawings and documentation relating to projects
- Preparing designs, reports and other project documentation as required in line with company and client requirements, as well as national standards and codes of practice
- Participating in the resolution of technical issues
- Gaining experience and proficiency in Arcadis systems and procedures
- Becoming familiar with, and compliant with, relevant H & S regulations and to promote a culture of awareness within the team
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your manager or Arcadis
- Travelling within the UK for team, site and client meetings
- Expectation to pursue the Pathway to Chartership professional accreditation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Degree Qualified in Landscape Architecture
- Post Graduate Diploma or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite is essential
- Knowledge of BIM will be an advantage
- Experience in the use of Microstation will be an advantage
- Knowledge of graphics rendering software, such as Lumion, will be an advantage
- Passion and dedication to the practice of Landscape Architecture
- Good report writing and communication
- Ability to hand draw, and prepare graphics using related industry software / media
