We constantly seek out new talent, invest in professional development and promote a collaborative culture that nurtures employee diversity and thought leadership.
In 2017 and beyond, we will be expanding our London office. For new graduates (and exceptional students entering their final year of study), we offer a 4-6 month internship programme, starting at any time throughout the year. Around a quarter of our interns join us on a permanent basis as Business Analysts following the successful completion of their internship programme.
During their internship, interns are active members of project teams and often execute similar responsibilities as full time junior members of staff.
As an intern at Arthur D. Little, you will
- Use strong quantitative and analytical abilities to assess data
- Develop customised analytical tools
- Synthesize results to provide action-oriented recommendations
- Work with clients and team members to develop and implement innovative solutions
- Take initiative in both client engagements and internal projects
- Communicate results and discuss issues with project teams
- Gain immediate responsibility for certain project deliverables
The role requires a high-level of creative thinking and problem solving, combined with strong quantitative, interpersonal and team working skills. Occasional travel may be required.
Interns are outstanding students in their final year of studies, who are approaching graduation, or who have recently graduated from a leading school or university. Their academic records should demonstrate significant analytical or quantitative experience, typically from a numerate discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Science, Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering).
We are looking for highly analytical, credible and charismatic candidates with strong presentation skills and a professional demeanor. Ideal candidates will have previous relevant experience in one of our London-based focus industries (Energy, Telecoms, Technology/Innovation, Digital) – either through an internship or otherwise – in an analytical/research role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are desirable.
Please note that Arthur D. Little UK does not hold a visa sponsorship licence for non-EU nationals. Please clearly confirm your permanent eligibility to work in the UK with your application.
