Graduate Business & Investor Advisory Consultant
At Arup, we design and deliver ground-breaking icons through our work in infrastructure, building design and specialist technical services. Independent in ownership and spirit, we’re a global firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical experts who use our skills to make a positive difference in the world.
Our award-winning Business and Investor Advisory team (BIA), which sits in the Consulting business practice, provides a range of services to high-profile public and private sector clients across the infrastructure sector.
Our work helps our clients identify key value drivers affecting investments in infrastructure assets, including how to make the business case for investment, the business model appropriate to delivery, and the regulatory and contractual incentives that are required to deliver the desired outputs.
In BIA we are uniquely placed to provide these capabilities as an integrated service offering, combining a deep and broad understanding of infrastructure assets through technical and commercial due diligence along with robust financial advice, a key differentiator for Arup in the market place.
Our diverse BIA team is made up from a combination of technical specialists, economists, management consultants and financial advisors to provide a truly integrated service which sets us apart from many of our competitors who may focus on a single offering.
Our 2018 Graduate intake
In 2018 BIA will be recruiting into our London, Manchester and Solihull offices, across our 3 work streams: Corporate Finance, Strategy & Economics and Technical Due Diligence.
The document below provides further information about BIA, our 3 sub-teams, and how we collectively work across transactions in the infrastructure sector.
We would also strongly encourage you to attend our recruitment evening on 1st November 2017, 17:00 – 20:00. Based in our London office, we invite prospective candidates to meet our Team (including directors, senior management and recent graduates). Reasonable travel expenses will be refunded.
Our Graduate Welcome Week will take place in September 2018. Although we can be flexible on start dates we would hope that the successful candidate will join their peers for induction.
