Human Resources (HR) is focused on helping the ABF Grocery businesses continue to grow as well as they possibly can; recruiting great talent, working to support and challenge line managers to develop the performance of their team, implementing and influencing senior stakeholders on policy changes… the list goes on.
We’re really excited to be running a HR graduate scheme within our Grocery businesses. Over 24 months, you’ll get the opportunity to spend 12 months in two different businesses, experiencing HR from both a Supply Chain/Operations and Commercial perspective. You will gain a wide range of experiences, increasing and broadening your knowledge within the HR function and the wider business context in the FMCG industry. During your scheme, you’ll receive core management training alongside HR-specific development and have the opportunity to start a fully-funded CIPD Level 5 qualification.
