Manufacturing & Operations Graduate Scheme
Manufacturing Graduates within Air will experience working in a number of different areas to widen their knowledge and develop their technical skills and competencies. They will complete placements in each of the 4 main Manufacturing Sub-Disciplines; Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning Control & Logistics across our various aircraft programmes. Although most placements will be at our Samlesbury and Warton Sites, Graduates will be expected to be mobile and be expected to travel and undertake placements at other UK Sites. Graduates should be willing to travel internationally if and when the need arises.
What you will be doing… (Role Duties and Responsibilities)
Roles and responsibilities will depend on placements undertaken but may involve working on research and development programmes and identifying new and emerging technologies to support Future Aircraft Programmes.
Entry Requirements and what we are looking for
To apply, you’ll need to be on course for achieving a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in one of the following subjects only: Operations Management; Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with Manufacturing and Management; Engineering with Technology Management; Logistics Management; Production Engineering & Management; Manufacturing & Mechanical Engineering; Business Management; Aerospace Engineering; Manufacturing Systems; Materials Science;
Any degree with a manufacturing and operations/management bias.
