Airframe Design Engineer Graduate Scheme
As a graduate Airframe Design Engineer you'll develop a broad understanding of fast jet and unmanned systems and the activities undertaken in the development and maintenance of such systems from an Aerodynamics and Structural Engineering perspective.
The air sector of BAE Systems is responsible for the design and build of fixed wing military and training aircraft, unmanned air vehicles, as well as providing training, support and information services for the UK RAF and other customers worldwide.
Airframe Design engineering covers areas such as Aerodynamics, Structural Integration, Stress Analysis, Fatigue & Fracture, Dynamics, Finite Element Analysis & Loads, Weights, Qualification & Certification, Build-Line, In Service, Vibration Analysis, Propulsion Integration and Stores Carriage and Release.
Graduates joining BAE Systems as an Airframe Design Engineer will be offered challenging placements with the opportunity to become involved in a number of areas relating to Airframe Design Engineering.

What you’ll need
