"The interview process is relatively short compared to some other companies. I preferred having only three stages; CV submission, initial interview and assessment centre. I understand there were upwards of 500 applicants for the three positions in the year I applied. In that sense it is difficult to get hired, however other positions are advertised on a regular basis."
