You’ll work in three placements across different business units, while receiving fully funded training for the CIPD Professional Development Scheme. We’ll give you core skills in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employment law, pay management, development and succession. The experience you gain will prepare you for a key HR management role within 5 years of joining.
You’ll need a 2.1 Honours degree – ideally in business, human resource management or a related degree – or relevant work experience. To thrive here you’ll need to combine your excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a business-focused approach. The pace is fast, so you’ll need excellent organisational skills too.
