You’ll work in two 12-month placements, doing real jobs with a varied product portfolio and different customers. You’ll spend some time focusing on Logistics, Planning or Engineering. And you’ll also take responsibility for managing operators on a line. In addition to on-the-job coaching and mentoring, you’ll experience training in subjects such as presentation skills, intelligent manufacturing, leadership and management. After two years, we’ll expect you to be working as a Supervisor or Section Manager, setting you up for a future senior operations role.

You’ll need a manufacturing, engineering or business related degree, or some manufacturing experience. As well as organisational and technical skills, you'll need to promote the highest standards in health and safety.
