Over two 12-month placements, you’ll help determine what can and can’t be done with processes and technology. You’ll work with New Product Development, Production, Purchasing and many other departments to find innovative solutions to all kinds of issues. Expect to gain key skills in everything from food safety, food labelling and microbiology to internal auditing and factory hygiene. Not to mention management and leadership. After two years, you’ll join us in a permanent role, giving you the potential to grow into a Technical Manager.

You’ll need a technical, food related or science based degree, or one or two years experience within a food-manufacturing environment. As well as having excellent organisational skills, you'll need to promote the highest standards in health and safety.
