‘When we say, ‘shape everything’, we mean it. We’ll give you the freedom to control your career, while you bring world-class construction and infrastructure projects to life.
More about us
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved over the last 100 years. The last decade alone has brought us the excitement of the Olympic Aquatic Centre, Blackfriars Rail Station, and life-enhancing infrastructure from wind turbines, schools, hospitals and social housing to major roads, and rail, gas, water and power networks.
But this is about building your legacy. Adding your spark to one of the country’s largest international infrastructure groups. And focusing your talent on a complex business with thousands of people and billion-pound budgets.
Deliver innovative projects and business operations that build communities and underpin society, inspire us as we promise to inspire you – and you’ll have a wealth of opportunities to explore.
What are our graduate opportunities?
Whatever your background or discipline, whether you’re based in an office or onsite; you’ll be a big part of genuinely fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work.
Our Technical Graduates take on world-changing projects while focusing on a particular area: Building/Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services), Environmental, Health and Safety, Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management and Transportation Planning.
Our Business Graduates take on the challenge of making us even more efficient and giving colleagues the perfect platform on which to excel, while becoming an authority on Finance, General Management, Human Resources, IT or Marketing and Communications.
Everyone here controls the direction of their progress. You’ll have ample opportunity to tell us when you want more responsibility, which professional exams inspire you or, as time goes by, whether you want to tackle a different discipline – we’re open to all ideas.
How do we select?
Once you’ve completed your application, we’ll be in touch to ask you to complete an online aptitude test.
Do well, and you’ll be invited to a one-day assessment centre, where you’ll have the chance to show us how passionate you are about your career, and meet some of our current graduates and senior figures.
