"The graduate induction day gave us the opportunity to meet our fellow new starters and get an overview of the business. A week-long technical course was well organised and valuable in its content. Health and safety courses have been very important in learning to understand industry regulations. Teamwork and leadership courses have also been well set up to help improve communication and networking skills."
