"There is an application form and a video interview. This was followed by an assessment day consisting of a number of exercises."

"After the application form you have a video interview, then if successful you are invited to an assessment day which consists of three activities. Finally around 30 people are put through to the three week vacation scheme which is split into two intakes. Following this an offer may be made."

"The process consists of a video interview, an assessment day (which is pretty tough but enjoyable) and a vacation scheme. The vac scheme is a real chance to prove yourself and get to know the true spirit of the firm. It is a great opportunity as they recruit heavily from the scheme. Usually there are around 2000 applicants for the 16-18 places though so the whole process is very competitive."
