Customer Service Representive

You are in close contact with our users and help them with various problems and questions they have concerning Bitpanda, as well as handling user requests in multiple languages.
Field of activity
- Assist Bitpanda users through our support channels (e.g. Zendesk)
- Evaluate user feedback and feature requests
- Translate user needs into new features for the platform
- Draft content to optimise the user experience
- Identify market needs and suggest process optimisations
What you should offer
- Experience in using several cryptocurrency brokers/exchanges
- Knowledge and interest in the field of payment providers and cryptocurrencies
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and any additional language is a welcomed bonus
- Ability to follow processes and internal guidelines, as well as to work within set deadlines
- Ability to work in a structured manner, within a team as well as independently

We are currently searching for a customer service representative. The ideal customer service representative must be proficient with all order entry functions and completion of process using purchase order requests from beginning to end. The customer service representative should also be proficient with shipping logistics, manufacturing, and have knowledge of computer systems, and handling customers with a high level of customer service. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly preferred.
