Regional Sales Channel Development - 12 month Placement - Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd
Working within the Regional Team responsible for the United Kingdom, Southern and Western Europe, Russia and Central Asia, this Internship supports the Regional Sales Channel Development and Regional Ownership Services functions, together with the Regional Marketing Team. Based at the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Technology and Logistics Centre near Goodwood, the Region is currently responsible for over 25 dealers in 17 markets providing a superb opportunity to work within an area responsible for multiple markets with differing language, cultural and currency considerations.
The Regional Sales Channel Development function is responsible for the management and steering of the Regional dealer network, working with current dealer partners and supporting the application process for new dealers as opportunities are identified. The role will report to the Department Manager and provides support in areas including business planning, adherence to operational standards, annual conference planning and delivery as well as dealer application processes.
The Ownership Services function is responsible for the technical and aftersales functions within the dealer network and the role will support the Department Manager with analytical, reporting and project support. The role will also provide a smaller degree of support to the Marketing function, principally with purchasing process support management for event delivery, support of regional events and planning.
The successful candidate will be required to travel on an occasional basis to support Regional Marketing events and dealer visits.
