We are looking for undergraduate students to do 4 x 12 month placements within our Aftersales department. You will be based in Bognor Regis at our new Technology and logistics Centre and working for Britain’s leading automotive brand.
The Rolls-Royce Aftersales Department are responsible for providing a range of support functions for our global dealer network in order to maximise customer satisfaction. As part of Ownership Services we are responsible for ensuring that vehicle warranty/service claims, technical campaigns and dealer warranty audits are administered in an efficient and timely manner. This department contains the Technical Service Team, which is responsible for the world wide technical support of cars in customer hands. The sucessful candidates will support the teams in their day to day business for example in data mining and reporting.
The BMW (UK) Technical Services and Warranty team is well respected within the global area of technical service, often being used as a benchmark market and regularly involved in important pilot programmes released from BMW AG. The successful candidate will support the different areas within Technical Services and Warranty with the analysis, reporting and communication of product quality both internally and the Retailer network. The position within BMW (UK) Ltd provides the opportunity to work across all areas and gain a holistic understanding of the department and its role with the company.
