The Graduate Scheme

This is a 2 year graduate programme made up of three 8month seat rotations across the business. Regular training and support for the APC will be provided to each graduate, concluding in a permanent job offer within the firm upon qualification. 

Roles and Responsibilities

To work on day to day tasks as set out by their assigned line manager and APC supervisor, taking responsibility for work and projects as appropriate to the team/department in which they currently work. It is expected for each graduate to liaise with their APC supervisor and counsellor on a regular basis in order to discuss progress towards the APC qualification.

Graduates will have exposure to our clients so they will be expected to have relevant understanding of the business and departmental context, providing accurate quality reporting to our clients. In addition graduates will need to be proactive in building relationships with external and internal service providers, ensuring they are being responsive and helpful to any external clients. 

BNP Paribas Real Estate is a collaborative and supportive culture so graduates should be prepared to share expertise with their colleagues, proactively communicate across the business and work collaboratively with others in their teams. The graduates should be able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team, and have the ability to manage their own relationships with tact and diplomacy.

Essential Qualifications

  • RICS accredited degree/ masters

Desirable Experience

  • Relevant property experience
