"We have diversity events and I don't think diversity is an issue in the business."

"It's good once you know about it. I'm part of the multicultural network steering committee (a bank-wide committee), which is great for networking as well. But getting to know about it isn't easy. The grads had a talk on diversity and inclusion. If it wasn't for this I would have had no idea. We also operate a diversity week in October. Apparently our counterparts in our Birmingham office went to a few of these events, which is really good."
Graduate, London (City)
"BNP Paribas are one of the most diverse groups worldwide and BNPPRE follows their lead. Everyone in the office enjoys their work and tends to stay at the company for a long time. The morals of the firm plays a part in this."
Graduate, Birmingham
"BNPPRE make a real effort in terms of diversity. We have a diversity and inclusion committee, who host and arrange regular events addressing all types of diversity-related issues."

"The company seems to be very diverse; I would estimate that there is a 50:50 split between men and women at a lower level. Senior Directors are mainly male."
Graduate, London
"There was a diversity week last year but this was only in London."
Graduate, Birmingham
"From my perspective a lack of diversity doesn't appear to be an issue within the company."
