Our Equality and Diversity Committee meets on a regular basis and includes Partners and employees from a range of backgrounds. The committee takes an active role in implementing and monitoring our initiatives and tracks the results we are achieving. The Turing Network is our internal forum in which LGBT people and LGBT allies working at Bristows can share information and receive or provide support. It also offers networking opportunities for members with other LGBT networks.
We are proud to be signatories to the Law Society’s Diversity and Inclusion Charter and a member of the Law Society’s Equality and Diversity Forum. We are also members of Stonewall’s Diversity Champions programme, InterLaw Diversity Forum for LGBT, and Aspiring Solicitors, and signatories of the IP Inclusive charter and Armed Forces Covenant.
