"It's gotten increasingly better as we have grown."
Second year trainee, Nottingham
"Diversity within the firm could be improved. However, equality and the treatment of everyone equally is, on the whole, very good."
Second year trainee, London
"In terms of gender ratio, I would say that there are many women in the firm, even at the higher levels (not as many as men though). They are also really good regarding maternity leave, I am told."
First year trainee, Nottingham
"The firm is working hard on this by improving the maternity, adoption and sick leave policies recently. I think the firm is quite diverse and supports people with disabilities. As the firm goes more towards agile working, it will make things easier for childcare etc but this can still be tricky for parents working full time."
Second year trainee, Birmingham
"An extremely diverse firm with opportunities to develop and progress that are open to all."
First year trainee, Nottingham
"The London office is predominantly made up of male fee earners. We also have very few employees from ethnic minorities and the LGBT community. I can't comment on the other offices."
First year trainee, London
"The firm has a really good commitment to diversity, which is visible throughout the recruitment process and evident within the office."
First year trainee, Nottingham
