"I had to complete an application form, and was then invited for an assessment day. This involved a group task and a psychometric test. I was then invited back for an interview with two partners."

"As with all big commercial firms, the recruitment process is rigorous. The online application form is long and requires real thought. You can't cut and paste any of the answers if you want to make it through to the next stage! If successful, you will be invited to an assessment day (whether you have applied for a vacation scheme or a directly for the training contract) involving an interview, a verbal reasoning test and a group exercise. If you get a place on the vacation placement, you will automatically be given a full interview for the training contract."
