Analytics & Consulting Graduate Programme
Help us humanise finance
On our Analytics & Consulting programme, you’ll be helping us stay bang up to date, and one step ahead, of everything that’s happening in the industry – the data, the profits and the big ideas.
This is a huge part of our business, so you can join us in the following roles:
- Join us as a Business Analyst, and you’ll use data to find product gaps in the market and clever ways to win new customers.
- If you’re a Data Analyst, you’ll take data from our technology experts and use it to show our strategists exactly where the opportunities and problems are.
- As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be analysing, forecasting and reporting our business results to shape our strategy.
You’ll be more than just a numbers brain
To join us in any of these roles, you’ll have a knack for numbers and be able to clearly explain them. You’ll also be eager to roll your sleeves up and turn a concept into something concrete.
If you’re interested in our Data Analyst or Business Analyst roles, it’d be ideal if you knew your way around programming languages too. But as long as you have an analytical mindset, our training will cover everything you need to know.
We’re #11 in Glassdoor’s ‘Best Places to Work In The UK’ list
We got this recognition by practising what we preach. We make work life informal, flexible and simple, so our people can get creative. (Although the high starting salaries and other perks are probably factors too.)
Your starting salary will be £32,000 or more, and all our graduates also get an extra £5,000 as a starting bonus. You’ll also get a range of perks, including private health and dental care, free on-site gyms and 25 days of paid holiday.
And there’s plenty more to read about us on our website – which is also where you can get the ball rolling with your application.
