"After sending your cover letter and CV, you must complete some aptitude tests (literacy and numeracy), then several multiple choice 'lifestyle'/situational questions and how you would handle these. This is followed by an assessment day which involves a group activity, a one-to-one interview and a presentation on a topic given to you five days prior. Finally, there is a final interview with the rotation sponsor."

"There are two main ways to apply, through the internet or through a career fair. I applied through the internet; I sent in my CV, and then was invited to do an online maths test and verbal reasoning test. I then passed the phone interview and was invited to a face-to-face interview, followed by a final face-to-face interview and the day after I was offered the job. I think the whole process took around three weeks."
