Carillion Graduate Programme

Carillion runs one graduate programme that covers three areas of the business: Central Functions, Support Services and Construction & Infrastructure. Our programme is a two year programme that combines on-the-job learning with technical training. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly on interesting projects, gain professional qualifications and make a real impact. Your development will be supported by a technical training plan tailored specifically to you.

Over the two years you’ll rotate across the company and be exposed to the different teams that make up Carillion. You’ll have the chance to explore the company and discover where you believe your strengths, interests and aspirations are best-placed.

Central Functions: whether it’s by obtaining investment for key projects or managing the supply of equipment, our Central Function team help drive growth and deliver success. Working at the heart of the organisation, you’ll strategise, manage and lead on a variety of projects.

Support Services: work with suppliers and stakeholders to streamline processes, manage supply chains and find business solutions. For this part of the programme, you’ll provide essential services in environments as diverse as prisons, hospitals and even airports.

Construction & Infrastructure: building hospitals, refurbishing schools, upgrading crucial rail networks – over the last century we’ve transformed millions of lives through construction. As part of our Construction team, you’ll help us make an impact on the world around us.

Who we’re looking for

While a degree related to the programme is advantageous, it’s not essential: we’ll consider applications from people with any degree classification. What’s most important is your attitude to work, drive and determination, and a passion for solving problems. Interested? Apply now for your chance to be part of Carillion.
