Graduate Industrial Sales and Marketing Scheme
The Sales, Marketing, Service and Parts team within Industrial Power Systems is a team of over 300 specialists located in Europe, Asia and the Americas. We are responsible for all the market and customer facing processes relating to the sale of engines and the provision of product support for two distinct brands of Industrial engines - Perkins and Caterpillar. This is a global responsibility, managed through three regional teams and covers three routes to market - large international accounts, internal accounts and the global distribution networks.
Our Marketing teams focus their attention on understanding current and future market and customer needs, analysing opportunities and defining the brand and product positioning. Our Sales teams maintain relationships with existing customers whilst winning new business from our competitors . It sounds easy, and we have an enviable record of success on both counts, but the real challenge is to keep us where we are – at the forefront.
