Graduate Commercial Marketing Programme
Duration: 2 years and 3 months
Location: UK-wide, flexibility required
Starting salary: £27,000 plus £3k starting bonus
Minimum requirements: 2:1 degree or Master’s (with 2:2 degree minimum)

By listening to customers and researching customer needs, our commercial marketers lead the creation and delivery of great products and services. The team research insights, test ideas, produce commercial business cases and manage the ‘go to market’ plans for new and existing products. They then optimise communication channels to maximise our brand and drive sustainable profitable growth. We’re seeking graduates who have an interest in marketing and are keen to develop in a fast-paced commercial environment.
On the Commercial Marketing Graduate Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams, projects and businesses in a series of placements. These placements will give you the opportunity to learn important commercial marketing skills such as product development, loyalty, communication channel management and brand building. Other placements might challenge you to develop project plans, devise strategies or manage digital content.
