Duration: 2 years and 3 months
Starting salary: £27,000 plus £3k starting bonus
Minimum requirements: 2:1 degree or Master’s (with 2:2 degree minimum)

We cover every business unit of British Gas, delivering actionable insights that keep our customers at the heart of all our commercial decisions.
Covering 28 million customer accounts, we combine advanced analytics and modelling with a variety of market research techniques to develop a deep understanding of our customers: who they are, how they behave, what they like to buy and what they think about us. We get to know them so that we can fully understand their needs and behaviours in order to influence the decisions we make as a company. This ensures we appeal to the right customers at the right time and in the most efficient way. Through this the Insight team has the opportunity to get involved with, and influence every decision the business makes.
