Graduate Electrical and Control & Instrumentation Engineering Programme
Duration: 4 years
Location: UK-wide, flexibility required
Starting salary: £32,000 plus £3k starting bonus
Minimum requirements: A Master’s degree in Electrical or Control & Instrument engineering and a full UK driving licence (due to remote locations)

With this in mind, we actively engage in developing innovative Chartered Engineers to become integral members of our high performing team.
You’ll find everything you need to become a well-rounded engineer within our four-year accredited programme, with the potential to gain experience from placements in our business operations such as Centrica Exploration and Production, Centrica Distributed Energy and Power and Centrica Storage. A Chartered Engineer will be appointed as your technical mentor throughout the scheme, and structure your development based on the requirements of the UK Spec and wider engineering Capability Development Programme.
As part of a diverse, multi-disciplined team responsible for supplying millions of customers, working quickly and reliably under pressure will become second nature. Most of all, you’ll be encouraged to develop new skills and constantly build on your knowledge.

So we’re looking for passionate and creative electrical and control & instrumentation engineers who can deliver solutions, often within tight timeframes, and implement them safely and successfully.
