"My managers are very accessible and I can ask them anything at any time. I have a good mentor and I frequently work with my team manager on tasks. Since managers are all in the same room you can ask a question at any time, even from your own desk."
Intern, Leatherhead, Surrey
"So far I've had very pleasant experiences with upper management; they've all been very supportive and interested in my development within the company. While I've had doubts and concerns about my existing job role within the company, they've been incredibly supportive in helping me to adjust or switch roles."
Graduate, Leatherhead, Surrey
"People can be found through a search portal on the CGI intranet where detailed profiles make them easy to find. You are made aware of important people to contact too. I feel like there is always someone I can ask questions of."
Graduate, Leatherhead
"I've always found management to be friendly and approachable. My staff manager has always strived to ensure that I am able to progress and try new opportunities while still listening to what I want and where I want to be."
Graduate, Reading
"While most managers are very busy, they are clearly well trained and know how to manage people. They are also responsive and happy to help when you're unsure about something or have a problem."
Graduate, Leatherhead
"Managers are very accessible, you can email anyone and they will get back to you. Performance feedback is given annually but can be limited."
Graduate, London
"There isn't a great deal of communication between high-level managers and regular staff. The communication within the project team is generally good, with team leaders taking a hands-on role and understanding what the team is doing. There are rigorous performance review systems in place but the end result appears to be the only thing that is focused on."

"They may not always be in the same location but this is not a problem as they are easy to reach."
Graduate, Leatherhead
"Interaction is good. I have met our head of department. There is a hierarchy but it's not frightening. Everyone within the business is very approachable at any time."
Graduate, London
"My staff manager is very good at mentoring and also helping you to decide where you want to focus your career without immediately penning yourself into one specific thing (as I previously had no clue where I wanted to go, it was best to keep my options open as much as possible to try new things). Our team leader provides regular feedback on performance and makes sure that we know our efforts are recognised. The annual reviews are good for overall feedback and can provide insights into your career path and things to work on. Internal communication is pretty good – only lacking when people are leaving the project."
Graduate,
"Recognition is great as there is a member recognition scheme. Feedback is also good as you have reviews and the opportunity to take part in member satisfaction assessments."

"I am currently being mentored by a VP!"

"Certain managers here have been very accommodating and helpful. You really can't fault the friendliness and commitment they have to you."
