Daniel successfully applied for the scheme back in 2015 and was placed with the Enham Trust, a disability charity.
His role was primarily in governance and this involved finding exciting and innovative ways to track and present data. He also collaborated closely with the health and safety function of the department.
The role also had lots of other elements. There were a range of long and short term projects to manage and the chance to get involved with interesting and different work.
He really valued the experience of working with likeminded colleagues and the chance to make a difference every day.
