Our talent programme offers a diverse range of projects to help you learn and develop across financial services. You can deliver a customer research programme, design new propositions for our customers, develop core project management skills, identify improvements across our operations team, learn about decision science, analytics and new innovations in cybersecurity, specialise in compliance, operations risk, credit risk, law, human resources and finance initiatives.
