"The company structure is fairly flat, and you will be treated quite equally regardless of your official grade within the company. We have quarterly off-site company meetings where the whole company gets together to find out what's happening in the company and usually there is a fun activity to go along with this. Aside from this, there's a multitude of sports teams and regular informal after-work drinks."

"It can seem a little quiet and professional in the office, but I see the need for that environment to be productive. The social side is excellent, the people are very friendly and there are lots of social gatherings the company does. "The structure of the company is very simple - most people have progressed up the same way starting from a junior consultant - to a consultant, senior consultant, manager. Progression is based on merit as opposed to 'if positions open up' in the chain. Cooperation and teamwork is good in the company - we have effective short stand ups in the morning, so managers can identify problems and help. We have retrospectives at the end of each timebox to identify things that went badly during a timebox, and learn from them to improve the next timebox. I really enjoy the social aspect of the company - everyone is friendly, and there's a lunch event on Friday, and Friday after-work drinks. Team lunches and breakfasts are organised too."

"I'd say the company culture is the most distinct thing about CHP. Being sociable and fun is pretty much a pre-requisite for joining the company and we genuinely do all get on really well, going for drinks together regularly, etc. This is something that comes from the top of the company, so we have a lot of organised company events and parties."

"Great social side but also very professional in the office. I feel I am very lucky to work with people who I enjoy being around and have fantastic rapport with. We have a flat structure so you can often find yourself having a friendly chat with a director in the kitchen or sharing a joke with a senior manager. We also have regular company meetings in which we can catch up with colleagues who have been working abroad for a while or on a different client site. This helps to further create a sense of community within the company."

"The overall culture is very friendly and teamwork orientated, during office hours you are encouraged to ask if there is anything you don't understand or need help on, and everyone is always very willing to help each other. The regular company meetings and annual conferences (a four-day long weekend away, on a sunny beach usually) are great opportunities to catch up with people in the rest of the company outside of your project team. There is a variety of company sport teams and the weekly after-work Friday drinks also offer a chance to socialise outside of work. Of course you can do as little or as much as you want!"
