Interview: Tips & Advice
"Preparation is everything. The application process involves a phone interview and a Skype interview followed by two face-to-face interviews with senior members of the team. As part of the process I was tasked with giving a presentation on how the graduate scheme would help me with my career goals. This made me think of my future with the company and how far I would like to go. The key to this was attitude and work ethic as these were key in both applying for the job and moving forward through the training scheme."Graduate, Edinburgh
"I had four different interviews at four different locations but they were well organised and I was prepared for every stage as the process was all well communicated to me."Graduate, Merthyr Tydfil
"My advice to anyone going into the interview would be to prepare as much as you possibly can and make sure that you hit the points that have been asked for in the brief. The company is clear on what it wants you to do in the interview, so hit the points and elaborate where possible. I would also say to relax if you can. Get your personality across in the interview and try to be yourself. The company is a fantastic employer and it is looking for you to succeed."Graduate, Redditch
"Be confident and research the history of both the industry and company."Graduate, Cannock
"Understand why you have applied for the graduate scheme. Think of transferable skills from your degree and past experiences that you believe will help you throughout the graduate scheme and further in your career."Graduate, Bristol Group
"Dress smartly and prepare fully. Do mock interviews. Ask friends for their input so that you have a wider view on the answers and job role."Graduate, Sevenoaks
