Starting as a Policy, Corporate or HR Business Partner, you'll have placements which will help you develop knowledge about your team, department, the Civil Service and HR in general. You’ll also study for the Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management and CIPD qualification supported by 10 days of paid study leave and paid time off for exams and lectures. A range of other learning includes pre-booked courses, e-learning, post-specific learning, and action learning sets.
Promotion and successful completion of the scheme will see you earn c. £45k-£55k, while other benefits include the Civil Service pension scheme, professional qualifications, flexible working, season ticket loans, sports and social activities, childcare assistance and more.
