The graduate would join as a member of the Technology team within Bank.
The Technology Department is a fast paced and exciting place to work with multiple teams that deliver the solutions that we use to service our clients across all business lines, as well as designing, building and running all the IT services that support our own staff.
Throughout the training programme you will benefit from first class development coaching and we’ll provide ongoing feedback on your progress and equip you with the skills needed for success in our technology function and beyond.
What will I be doing?
The graduate will rotate throughout the Technology function, typically on a 6 monthly basis throughout the first two years.
Each placement will involve shadowing a more experienced member of the team. On a structured training programme. We’ll expose you to senior stakeholders in the business, a host of exciting suppliers and the full spectrum of support functions. From placements and projects to away days, courses and on-the- job-training, the IT graduate programme provides a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow through a wealth of experiences.
Who are we looking for?
Academically applicants need to have obtained/predicted at a minimum 2:1 degree. Degrees in all disciplines are considered however the following subjects are desirable: IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Maths and Science. Candidates must have also obtained GCSE grade B in Maths and English Language, and at least 280 UCAS points at A-level/AS Level (not inclusive of general studies).

About the role
Locations: Central London or Wimbledon (occasional business travel in the UK required for most roles).
Start date: 4th September 2017
