We are looking for a graduate to join our Bank Central Operational and Performance Excellence Department.

The Operational and Performance Excellence team is a small high performing consulting team offering frequent interaction with senior management, high responsibility and visibility across all business divisions.
Our team focuses in constantly evolving the bank’s operating strategy, continuously re-engineering customer and non-customer facing processes and ensure the appropriate performance measures are designed and available to drive best outcomes for our customers.
We also operate the Bank’s Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence which aims at smart automation of business processes, enabling our colleagues work more efficiently than our competitors in the market and drive the smoothest experience for our customers. In return, our businesses continue to grow and new exciting opportunities created for our people as we acquire more customers and business. Our employees are also able to invest time in developing their skills for the future.
This role is a long term career opportunity. You will start with rotations in each of the different business functions to gain an understanding of how the business operates and identify opportunities for improvements.
Both our Operational Excellence Lean Six Sigma training and Robotics Automation Practitioner training will be provided in-house. You will be responsible in applying the skills to solve a real life business challenge. All our trainings are industry recognised and there will also be opportunities to get externally certified as progress is made and you will be financially supported to achieve relevant qualifications.
We are looking for
Academically we are looking for applicants with at least a 2:1 degree. We are open to degrees in all disciplines but the following subjects are desirable: IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Maths and Science
