1.Tell us about your current job?
My day to day job involves a mixture of Lease Advisory work which involves advising landlords and tenants on matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears. I also work closely with the office agency team who make sure I get out of the office to attend building launches and meet graduates from other companies who are also in their office team.
2.Why did you choose Colliers?
I chose Colliers because the size of the company means not only do you get involved with the big players in the industry, you are also valued as a graduate and get given responsibility from day 1. The clients that Colliers have allows you to work on big projects whilst not only feeling like ‘just a number’ on the graduate scheme.
3.What is your favourite Colliers moment?
In our first week we had inductions and everyone in the company came downstairs to meet us. It really felt like they were excited for us all to start and were so welcoming!
4.What has been your biggest achievement while at Colliers?
I am in charge of organising the 2018 Graduate Challenge to Mount Toubkal, which will see us climb the highest mountain in North Africa in September. Biggest achievement was definitely presenting our idea to our CEO and getting the go-ahead.
